Appraisal Training for Managers - Workshop Overview

1 Day workshop

A one day workshop aimed at managers who are required to develop a thorough understanding of the performance development process and the tools and techniques that support it.
This workshop will enable managers to use their organisation's performance management system to ensure that their teams are able to meet and exceed their performance objectives.

This workshop balances theory and practical activities and provides many opportunities for managers to try out the tools they have learnt in a 'safe' environment.

Delegates are also encouraged to share their own experiences from the workplace with others and to provide feedback to each other on their progress throughout the course.
