Our
performance coaching and mentoring programmes are designed around
a development framework to meet the needs of each individual and
therefore no 2 programmes are the same.
Most
performance coaching programmes would include the following :
- A
diagnostic development needs analysis, completed by the Individual
and the Line Manager
- A
work style preference profile
- A
programme planning interview
- 1
hour coaching / training sessions (number pre-defined in advance)
- Action
plan learning logs for each session
- Programme
reviews (mid and end point)
